System Engineer – Network Track
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform networking, wireless and security appliance set up, configuration and installation in Testing and Production environment.
- Perform troubleshooting & enhancement to our customers’ system
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma graduate in engineering or computer related disciplines
- Solid working experiences in system/network support especially on networking solutions
- Experience in deploying / implementing Routing/Switching on Cisco or H3C
- Experience in deploying / implementing Firewall appliance of Cisco, Juniper or CheckPoint
- Certification with CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/H3CNE or IT professional qualification is preferable
- Self-motivated, initiative, independent, able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin a plus
- Good concept on providing quality service and SLA to customers
